Mr. Adomako is an experienced pharmaceutical and biomedical professional who brings over 16 years of dedicated work to analytical and drug development. Mr. Adomako has served in senior roles in drug development space in multiple public and private pharmaceutical company and has been involved with the discovery and development of numerous Investigational New Drug Applications, Abbreviated Drug Applications (Generic product), Phase 3 clinical programs, New Drug Applications, drug approvals and product launches.
Mr. Adomako is currently serving as senior CMC, manager’s where I lead CMC project management responsibilities for early-stage product development. This includes defining CMC product development and IND strategy. Responsible for executing strategy for pharmaceutical development activities in accordance with and meet all quality standards as defined by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), relevant Food and Drug Administration (FDA) current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs). Responsible also includes building a working collaboration with vendors (CDMO) hired to perform chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) and pharmaceutical activities.

Attorney Neelofer Syed is also the founding member of the International Immigration Law firm which has its offices in Tampa FL, Orlando FL, and Fairfax VA. Neelofer Syed practices in the areas of Immigration Law and International Business Transactions throughout the United States and internationally.
She handles a vast portfolio of immigration cases, cases pertaining to international business transactions and offers to review cross border contracts entered into between private parties. She is responsible for the firm's affiliation with law firms in India, Pakistan and Egypt and, through those affiliations, offers legal services in India, Pakistan, and Egypt. Ms. Syed has successfully argued cases all the way through the Pakistani Superior Courts. She has been involved in human rights activities, especially in the area of rights for women, children, and laborers. She has served as the Human Rights Coordinator for the Province of Punjab, as Secretary of the Punjab Chapter of the Pakistan People's Forum for Peace and Democracy, as a Director of Rugmark International, an organization dedicated to eradicating child labor, and as a collaborator with Fair Trade where she designed and implemented a micro credit program in Sialkot, Pakistan, designed to provide supplementary income to skilled laborers in the sporting goods industry to reduce the incidence of child labor.
Ms. Syed is a fellow of the Foreign Relation Committee of Tampa Bay, the Advisory Board of Stetson Law School. She was also Co-Chair of the International Law Section of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and a recipient of the Woman of Achievement award from the Women on the Way organization.

Albert has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry and currently leads the enterprise-wide risk management and risk governance functions at VyStar. Prior to joining VyStar, he worked at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union as the ERM Director, providing risk oversight across all business areas to ensure organizational safety and soundness.
He previously worked at USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union and held fulfilling roles across different business areas and functions. He graduated from Knox College with a degree in Economics and International Relations and received his MBA from the University of West Florida. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
He volunteers to causes that uplifts communities in the peripheries of financial opportunities. He previously served on the board of a local PMI chapter and continues to engage with organizations aligned with his values.
Fedny Agelus, a current medical student at Trinity Medical Sciences University School of Medicine, holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of West Florida. His professional experience encompasses extensive work in social services and case management acquired during his tenure at FamiliesFirst Network (FFN), an organization specializing in child welfare, foster care, and adoption services. In his capacity as a Family Service Counselor, Mr. Agelus conducted assessments of children and their families to ensure safety and well-being, developed individualized case plans, and prepared judicial review reports. His responsibilities also included attending court hearings where he provided representation and advocacy for the children under his supervision.
Subsequently, Mr. Agelus transitioned to Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital as a Social Work Case Manager. In this role, he further enhanced his proficiency in patient interaction and treatment planning, while collaborating with diverse agencies and multidisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care. Mr. Agelus also facilitated connections between clients and community resources, managed discharge planning processes, and addressed post-discharge needs. These responsibilities exemplified his commitment to providing comprehensive and holistic care to patients.


Jean Bernard Fleuristal, affectionately known as Ben by those close to him, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to service. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Haiti, he is fluent in Creole and French, and has a strong understanding of Spanish, allowing him to connect meaningfully across diverse communities.
He currently resides in Haines City, Florida, located in Polk County, with his beloved wife Rose. Together, they are proud parents of five grown children—two daughters and three sons.
Throughout his career, Ben has worked in a wide range of medical settings, including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Emergency Care, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Intensive Care, and Trauma and Burn Units. He has held leadership and management positions for over 15 years, bringing vision, structure, and heart to every role he’s undertaken. For the past 10 years, he has been dedicated to providing acute and chronic care as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Elizabeth Abbey holds a Master of Philosophy in Accounting, Bachelor of Education in Accounting and Management in Living, and Diploma in Business Education degrees. She was a Vice Principal of the Accra Academy Senior High School in Ghana for 4 years. She is a retired educationist with over three decades of teaching and educational administration experience.
Elizabeth was the chair of the Board of Directors for the African Development Program, a national non-governmental organization in Ghana. She is passionate about the total development of the individual, especially the youth, women and children to maximize their full potential and be of service to their communities.
